The standard shipping fee is $6.99,
and we offer free shipping on orders over $150.

After dispatch, your order will typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

If your order is still "Preparing for Shipment", you can change or cancel it directly in My Page.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process, so please contact customer service as soon as possible.

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.Please note that for change-of-mind returns, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted.

All pa:v products come with protective film (or seal) to prevent scratches.
If the protective film has been removed, or the packaging is damaged making the product lose its value, the exchange or return may be restricted.
